EF LS Turbo build
So I know there is a thread that's been going on for years about LS-T builds. I just wanted to put my build up here to see what you guys think. 90 EF hatch.
Here's my setup:
-B18a motor stock internals. Head was resurfaced and pressurized and valve job
-LS tranny
-Edelbrock Victor X manifold
-Omni 70mm throttle body
-Smartfire 3 bar map sensor
-EBay turbo kit using DRAG cast iron log manifold
-ID1000cc injectors
-Walbro 255 fuel pump
-PO6 ECU with LS base map
-Stage 3 F1 clutch
-Innovative traction bar
-AEM fuel pressure regulator
I'll be running 3" down pipe and exhaust and ill be tuning on E85. Tune on Crome. I'm shooting for anywhere from 275-300 whp. Motor is already in car and starting to install turbo. My plan is to head down to churches to get tuned on March 14th. I'm thinking 15lbs will get me the horsepower I'm looking for. I spoke to Shawn and he thinks we should hit it no problem.

What's wrong with eBay turbo kit? I know a lot of people that run it and its been fine. My cousin runnin a b20 turbo has been going 2+ years strong. Ran 11.8 in 1/4 with bone stock b20.

It's only been 3 weeks. Should be ready to tune in a week or so but not actually tuning till 14th of March. So really, it's been pretty simple and yes, all this and using eBay kit. All I'm shooting for is anywhere in 11's in 1/4. Pretty nice to see something that was put together like this, beat other cars that have A LOT more money into them. This is just to get me through a couple of months of good times while real build is getting put together.

Get yourself the photobucket app and upload all your pictures to that. That way all you'll need to do is copy the img link across.
