Default Dyno: B16A Precision SC61 Hondata S100b

Just got back from tuning a B16A.. made some incredible numbers...

B16A
skunk2 valvetrain
Edelbrock Victor X mani
Endyn RW 8.5:1
Eagle rods
GE block guard
Inline pro manifold
Precision SC61 E .69 trim
PWR intercooler
Custom downpipe and intercooler piping by Randy Hughlett of Attitude racing.
Hondata S100
RC 720cc injectors

At 10psi the car made 305whp
15psi 354whp
20psi 427whp
23psi 465whp and 299tq

The power came on hard at 6500 and pulled strong to 9500, Ill try to get the dyno up tomorrow.

I didnt get a chance to ride in the car but from my vantage point, the car looked like a nasty ride.

I really like these turbos

Nice numbers can't wait to see the dyno
What rpm did the turbo start spooling and hit full boost ?
Also what size downpipe and intercooler piping size?

This makes me want to install my SC61 that i have in room right now
I'm just waiting on my inline pro manifold to get back from Jet Hot coating

I can't believe that you had the guts to boost 23psi on stock sleeves and a blockguard. Man thats alot of power . Let us know how long it lasts. Daily driven?

Well its because I want him to come out and say that he prefers the sc61. the sc63 would have made more power, but I like the power band of the SC61 alot more.

whats wrong with stock sleeves?
stock sleeves have seen boatloads of power from many many people.
nothing iffy about the power vs sleeves with this set up!
awesome stuff

We ran the car on 93 octane to 15psi, the owner of the car felt that was the limit. I suggested 20psi on pump but I would rather keep the customer comfy. the 20+psi runs were on C16.

After tuning the SC61 and the SC63, I would save the money and stick with the 61, its way more efficient. and the powerband is more reasonable.

The runs were on a dynojet.

Art, These are the same RWs you were suppoed to run in your car.. As you can see I put them to good use..

The IC piping is 2.5in to the TB. Im not sure about the piping to the IC, Mochanic can elaborate. The DP is 2.5in flared to 3" then runs to a 3" exhaust.

How well do you think an intercooler from a DRAG Gen 3 kit made for the 99-00' Honda Civic Si would hold up on this type of setup(Efficient or Inefficient? What size intercooler are you running, ic piping, and downpipe? Reason being is my friend has a similar setup recently upgraded to a Hondata S200b running a P28 ecu from a faulty PR3 ecu running the old Stage 4b setup. He's looking for reliable gains for the money with a possible new setup. He's running a modified Greddy kit. Here's a link https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=351206 to the old post we made on the numbers the car made and the accompanying modifications. Any predictions as to what numbers we can see with the same setup you're running.(slightyl higher compression, maybe a full-race equal length manifold)?
