Can someone with the GReddy Remote Switching System help me?
Ok, I'm cheap and love DIY projects. I wanna make my own switch for my new Profec B. Can someone who has the switch tell me how it works? I'm guessing it has something that plugs into the option spot in the rear of the Profec, right? Also what kind of singal does it send? Ground, 12V, 5V? Thanks so much.

its remote based on RF singal . It reads what is given to the controlled depdning on what frequency you choose on the base. 1,2,3 EAch one different. It then send a signal to the profec its plus dc 12v I alrleady built one of these before but it didnt work all the time like it should.
It would be cheaper for you to just buy one. at 50 bucks

cheaper? if all it does is sends 12V, its worth the $1.50 for a switch to give it a try.

yeah, but its an infared signal to a box that sends 12v....i'll just send the 12v w/ a switch in the dash.
that way i can hide my profec away.
