boostedEF91's 522whp Civic Hatch Progress Build
So i went to the dyno saturday to do some touching up on my car because i had changed a few things. The car had Recently made 460whp and 337tq at 20psi back in september..Decided to Put a new afi Ramhorn Manifold on, (recently had a cc-fab). Made a new Downpipe, Added a new Throttlebody. And i cut about 3 foot off the Rear of my ex. Did a few pulls car was making 460 at only 15psi so i was happy with that. Then turned the boost up and New results Were very shocking To me.
The Car ended up making 522whp/369tq at 20psi on 93 PumpGas.
Thanks To John From J-K-tuning and Innovative-MotorWorks (IMW)
Setup is:
B18c typeR
81mm Stock sleeved.
Nippon Cast pistons
Eagle rods
Type R cams
Stock Type R head
Afi ramhorn
BWs362 NET turbo
Full 3in Custom Exhaust
Dont mind the little swoop at the end of the graph. I'll Have to get that touched up next time

Nice car! I'm looking for about the same out of mine, but I don't have the b**ls to go with stock sleeves, congrats! How does it do on the road? Are you able to keep it to the pavement?

Usually not a fan of EF's but this look is sick. Good power for 93 octane too. Being that its a hatch and with 522whp you will easily see a 10 second pass!

Very cool! Im gonna run a GSR head with ITR cams I'm thinking, Im shooting for 500+ but I'm going for 84mm GE sleeves with CP 9.7:1 pistons and Eagle H-beams. Cool to see someone making about what Im looking for. Nice build!

Beautiful car and awesome power! What radiator are you running there? My friend is having some cooling problems due to little room because of the wastegate/mani setup and not able to get the radiator straight enough for good airflow..

Cx racing radiator, Cut down 2 1/2 inches.. shouldnt have cooling problems even if rad is not straight enough. i use to have mine tilted back a decent amount before i got it cut to fit in front. and never had heating problems

Hey. I find this rather intriguing. What size wheels are you on and what type of tyres are using? Also, you never mentioned what type of management u were using? Does it utilize the boost by gear function?
