yes, moss motors or jackosn racing will tell you they are different but they are the same, also a gsr blower can be made to work on other B series motors

No, they are different. M62 blower for B18C5 kit, M45 for B16A kit. Thats why the R kit is a couple hundred more. You can swap these 2, they are both PR3 head, B18C5 is just factory ported. They will not fit a B18C(GSR) head(P72) without some modifcation.

BAD INFO!
The b16 and ITR kit share the same kit. All B series VTEC motors run the M62 blower. Only SOHC or non-vtec run the M45. That's why the pulley has an adjustment to accomodate the taller 1.8L block, and the shorter 1.6L block. Also, the GSR and ITR have different intakes due to the different bolt patterns, etc on the heads.
As for price, the b16/b18c kits retail for $2595 as per JR's website.

Yes. The M62 has 30% more displacement than the M45 blower.

Same as the B series VTEC kits, an M62.
There's also an M90 (90ci) blower, and a M112 (112ci).
But they're a bit big for our Hondas.
