Is that your temps? 210 is pretty hot for a Honda but when are you experiencing that temp? 185-195 crushing is ok idle should be 198-202 and fans should be kicking on and off varying temp. What radiator and fan r u running?

What engine management are you running? Most allow you to kick the fans on earlier. I have mine set for 194 I think stock turns on around 196-198 at the thermostat housing which is a little warmer actual engine temp.

Go into the software and force the fan on at an earlier temp. If you can't find it in the parameters go to help menu and it will tell you how to do it.

As Turbo-LS said. If your comfortable with changing your setting in the smanager software... open up your current cal then go under the parameters -> then click on the protection tab. All the way at the bottom of that tab you will see the Radiator fan override option. Check the box and set the temp you would like the fan to go on at. Save the changes and upload.
If it does not improve your temps, you may need to evaluate some better fan/ shroud configuration.
Heat soak from the manifold is surely a contributing factor as other said but it is so nice looking, function over fashion at some point though... I would not wrap it but you might consider coating it.

Re: B series normal operating water temp ?
What's the weather like as far as temperature over there right now? In weather that doesn't get near the freezing point I would run water wetter and distilled water. You'll see at minimum a 20F degree drop in coolant temps.
In colder weather standard ethylene glycol and distilled water will suffice, as the water wetter is not freeze resistant.
If temps get at or below 32F the water wetter/distilled water combo will freeze everywhere from the block to the hoses to the radiator causing very expensive damage. The water wetter simply breaks the surface tension of the water allowing it to absorb and dissipate heat much better than plain water, it also contains lubricants to protect the water pump like ethylene glycol contains but is designed for use is weather above 32F

Re: B series normal operating water temp ?
i hate to drive around with my coolant above 210, that usually means my oil temp is 225+ and that only happens on the highway when the air temp is mid 80s F and up.
normally i see coolant around 190-200 and my oil around 210. this is with a 170 degree thermostat with a few small holes drilled in it, as well as my fan set to come on at 170 degrees.

Re: B series normal operating water temp ?
Mine is 185ish around town 190-205 hwy/freeway.
I have tried lowering my temp lately I mixed in more water to the current 50/50 mix, but that only helped a little.
I think I need to make air ducts to the radiator. (Next on my list) good thing you made this post at least not the only one. Lol.
My setup misimoto, spal fan and shroud. Stock sleeves.
