Default Rolling anti lag wiring question

I’m wanting to use the “mist” wiper switch on my 95 integra to activate the brake pressure switch for anti lag with hondata s300. Would I just need to run a wire from the #2 green/wire from the wiper harness to D2 on the ecu? Or do I need a relay in between this? I’ve seen a video where a person just ran a wire as I explained on his civic with no relay. The mist does give out 12v but it’s active (not constant) not sure if that is bad for the ecu.
