Hello HT,
I am currently in the process of tuning my turbo'ed 01 gsr. First things first, below is a list of all that I have done so far.

- Skunk2 Intake manifold
- Skunk2 adjustable coilovers
- Short shifter w/ energy suspension shifter bushings. Replaced shift linkage with new oem, due to major slop. Thought bushings were the reason, but it was the U joint on the linkage.

- Rebuilt engine 15k miles ago.

Head

pressure tested, cleaned, valve job w/ new valve seals, replaced 2 worn guides and milled the mating surface just a hair.

Block

Pressure tested block, bored cylinders .5, 81.5 pistons, resurfaced mating surface, micro polished crank, new bearings and piston rings, ARP head studs, had to timesert 3 bolt holes due to threads pulling out while torqueing the head down, and oem HG.

Misc.

Installed new oil pump, water pump, gates timing belt, NGK spark plug wires, new moroso oil pan, all new seals and gaskets in entire motor, and new exedy clutch kit.

Turbo set up

- Installed T3/T04e 50 trim compressor, .63 A/R turbine. - log style manifold
- custom made a downpipe
- custom made charge piping
- Ebay intercooler, BOV and wastegate. I plan on changing these out 1 at a time once I buy each as I move forward. They are all working fine now.
- 1/2 size radiator

Tuning equipment

-P28 chipped ecu w/ datalogging port
- Extreme Hulog
- Moates Burn2
- AEM UEGO wideband
- Glowshift vacuum/boost gauge
- Turbosmart manual boost controller
- Datalogging with Freelog
- Tuning with free crome

The issue I am having is the numbers on my gauge and on freelog are not the same. It seems to be off by .5 and not only that, on some of the log table it shows completely wrong numbers like 8 when in reality its 14 at that point on my gauge. I have just been deleting those numbers that are way off. Now when I set up my wideband on freelog I entered the voltage scale that came with my wb. Now I didnt change anything on the right hand side where there are some other items you can input. The two that I am curious about are:
1. Calculate 02 shift based on cubic inches volume between 02 sensor and head.( It was set on 177 by defult and the wb is located where my cat used to be, so I assumed that should be close)
2. Engine vol. in ML.( i know the gsr is normally 1797, but I am having trouble figuring out what it is now with 81.5 pistions) Would these have anything to do with it being off? If I need to change all the scale inputs manually by guessing, whats the best way to do so? .1 at a time? Or .5?

One other thing im having issues with is it won't log high cam afrs. I have it set on auto log, and when in vtec it changes to high cam on the screen, and shows which cell im in, but it doesn't log them. Not sure if anyone has dealt with these issues before but I am trying to avoid having to go crome pro for now. Any help would be much appreciated.
