crx d16zc auto chipping/mapping???
Hi there am currently working on a d16zc powered 1989 crx for a disabled friend of mine.
he was looking a get a little more power from the car so we have started to fit a turbo technics turbo to the car and will soon be ready for tuning
Were not looking big number but somewhere around 180bhp at the flywheel.
my disabled friend was big into crx's before his accident. Running a fully built b16a n/a race engine in his 91 crx and just want to feel abit of power in the car again
now the problem myself and my tuner ( gsport car belfast northern ireland) are having is getting a base map that suit the auto of enough information to create a base map to work off of with the car being an auto.
is the anybody on here can help??
The ecu is a pm7 from a 1989 crx si auto with a d16zc dohc non vtec engine.
any help will be greatly appreciated guys just to get him out and driving again.

there has been a lot of this already discussed on the forums and at PGMFI, I would encourage you to search before making a thread. most automatics cannot be chip tuned, your best bet is a piggyback tuner like the AEM F/IC.
