The only dude I know of is Gaskleppie, but eCtune forum is broken and won't allow me to reset my password, and him nor Calvin reply to any emails or msg from other mediums.

I fear the day has come that eCtune is finally vaporware.

This is my last attempt at reaching out to anyone who can get me my license.

Sweet christ I dont wanna retune my race car from scratch this season if I can avoid it.

Last I saw before leaving eCtune for NepTune was Gaskleppie was handling license renewals as well as Calvin. All I can say is keep trying to e-mail them both with "LICENSE RENEWAL" (just like that in all capitals) in the subject title and hope they get back to you.

Gave up on eCtune/Calvin a year ago. He should just open end the registration for those people who pay the money if he's not willing to continue with any customer service!

Seems like this was just a school project that made him some fast cash. Right from the start it never seemed like he could handle the business side or customer service side of things. Crome has better tech support and customer service!

What's sad is how it had potential to be just as good as Neptune but the customer service end of things makes it an undesirable venture that has led former users to Neptune because he simply could care less.....

All the programming that went into this platform and they couldn't have automated an online reg system if staffing was an issue.....retarded because it's money that could be made still if he cared enough to fix this end of things which isn't the same flaws that led others away like Crome has in terms of design

Ya **** last year when I actually got a hold of Calvin I begged him to send me an infinite license that never expired. And he totally refused. I sorta knew last year was gonna be my last year on eCtune considering how harder it keeps getting every year to get a license. Ah well, retune on Neptune I suppose, I wish there was a way to get my money back.

Lol but James, wouldn't that have been a conflict of interest since at one point this system was a direct competitor of Neptune?

Or were you speaking of buying the platform and totally capitalizing on both your home grown system and Calvins bench mark?

No conflict. I certainly didn't want to see the platform just fall off and my time wouldn't have been free.
