Default Bad Ecu ? Chip? Ectune

I have a 1995 turbo built block Ls/vtec integra.Ok so i drove to school and came outside to leave started my car and it started and shut right off about 3 seconds later. I noticed i dident hear my 255 fuel pump prime so i towed the car home but a spare fuel pump in and the car still wouldent start. I then put in a new main relay and still no start or prime so i checked the fuses everything good. I got the test light out and pulled the pgmfi fuse and the test light showed no power. Everytime i used to put my key in the on position the check engine would blink twice to prove im running Ectune. Now it just stays soild. ANY ideas please let me know im hoping to put another ecu in tomorrow to test

Sounds like a bad ecu. Check your ecu fuse, try another ecu.

I may be bringing total BS now, but iirc there was some issues with eCtune expiring. I can't remember/google anything on the matter right now, but a buddy of mine had some very similar issue. A couple months after tuning one day his car refused to start. Found out that eCtune license in Ostrich had expired. He just renew the eCune license (free) and reflashed his tune to Ostrich.

The tune on the ecu doesn't expire. In otherwords, there is no time expiration on the binary data on the ecu.

Opening the software on your pc is prevented until you update the software if it is expired.
