I've installed quite a few and none have had any problems.
No reason to use the G-Force shifter with the PRO Synchro gears as you still have to use the clutch. The 3/4 set works with the stock shafts. The 1/2 uses the MFactory mainshaft. Whether you use the 1/2, 3/4, or 1-4 you can still use stock 5th or a cuff.

I plan on picking up the MFactory Pro Syncro set once I get my tax return... Heard nothing but great things about them, and the folks at MFactory seem to be very helpful, and customer oriented...

If you're currently having synchro problems, thats not going to change. What's going to change is the life you get out of the gears themselves.

Re: Mfactory Straight cut gear set???
i have 2 cars on the synchro set and havent had an issue yet both cars make 850whp+.I just ordered a 3rd set to have a back up for 1 of the cars.1 set we didnt get the input shaft and it has held up so for but havent hit it hard yet.The full set car has gone 9.53 at 163 and the car is going to P.R for the next couple of months to run the 3 races coming up there so they wanted a back up.

We had 2 pinion bearings fail but our issue was no cuff was being used at first once the cuff was installed problem solved.

The G force shifter has nothing to do with using the clutch or not. Most everybody using the G Force shifter uses the clutch anyway. I have used mine with syncro boxes and dogboxes. I would reccomend using the shifter no matter what tranny you use.
