Of course rotaries are going to dominate this race, the race is setup up for them to win. There is only 3 classes Quick 16 heads up and 2 bracket classes. This is not really a Honda/front wheel drive style race, part of the reason it is not worth the money to bring a car up. If they made actual classes at this race, I bet more people would come.
Congrats to all the rear wheel/turbo rotaries that won
Just my 2 cents

thats not very nice or true. rotories definately ran the quick 16 class but the bracket class had a fwd honda in the final that lost on a breakout if im not mistaken. i will give alot of credit to rotary guys. many of them showed some serious skill to be able to bracket race 7, 8 and 9 second cars consistently. it was cool to see ferguson, cft and others mix it up with these guys, wish there was more of us out there.

yes it was me.the complete race was made for these guys.1/8 mile is not a fear race betwen a rwd and fwd car.they should made diffrent classes, like sport compact used to be rwd and fwd separate.that's my opinion.like always thanks to the people from cft, almost there 10.02et at 153mph whit no enought traction..

It doesn't really matter whether it is 1/8mile or 1/4 mile. It was not a heads up race it was Bracket. As long as you can consistently drive your car or know how to "play" with your numbers you should be fine. If it was heads up then I can see people complaining about it being 1/8mile.

I had fun. Met a bunch of new people. Quick 16 a Speedworld = always a blast!!! Bring the ear plugs. LoL!!! Ran until the 3rd round where I got beat by 4 hundredths margin out the back door with my 14 sec Civic against and 8 sec Starlet. My .001 to his .002. Fun stuff!!! Brackets are fun in that way. Carlos hitting his number EXACTLY in the semis = nice. The nightmare RX-7 for the second year in a row...that's good stuff there.

Honda ppl always complaining and wynning .It was a bracket race just like every year ,so everyone was in the same playing field. You guys got your asses handed to ya just admit it.8 sec cars bracket racing against 14sec cars is not easy at all and they made it look like a breeze going round after round.good event .hopefully less hondas next time.Procco evo was a joke.
