Re: tubular rear trailing arms
How much did it narrow the rear track by? Are you using 24.5's in the rear?
I'm gonna try to come up with a lightweight brake setup for the back, but for now I'll use OEM.

If your going to try and do all that wouldnt it be more cost effective to buy the setup Tom sells? The meyers is 1500+ the shocks and springs. Not sure the price of Toms but prob not that much of a difference.

Keep shaking your head 1500 is pretty expensive for some chromeoly tubing and some heim joints that anybody with decent tigging skills can fab up I. Sorry if you being a shop think it's a good price. To every other person out there that's expensive for that setup which doesn't include shocks so now were talking over 2 grand. We all know how the game works supply and demand. When more companies start making this the price will get cut in half

Case in point, Jimenez wrecking his hotrod hatch due to the Omni coilover literally falling apart...

Tom wanted $4000+ when I asked him almost 2 years ago. His communication sucked then. I like his work, but I'll pass on that. The money I saved went to a new turbo.

Re: tubular rear trailing arms
Myers stuff is very reasonably priced and from the few sets I have seen in person is nice stuff. To be able to have a complete rear suspension kit for roughly $2000 is a good fukin deal.
