TRUE STREET PRELUDE 9.65@153 Congrats MD23vtec
Today at Import Revo. at MIR Roger broke into the 9's for the first time with a 9.94@154. Then with some small tweeks it went 9.71@155 and an amazing 9.65@153.
The car weights in at over 2700lbs and has a Borg Warner 70mm turbo on a M&H 25 X 8.7 X 13.
Congrats Roger well deserved. Just to think it was without an engine at the start of the week.

Damn thats awesome. Im impressed. What was his record before? I remember when mid 10s was a big deal for the Preludes. Thats just crazy.
When you say True Street, are you referring to NSCRA True Street? I thought the wheel size limit was 67.x or something?

9.6 is moving for a prelude, good job sticking it with it!
Looking at the import revo rules for true street, if the car is fwd and weighs 2,700 it can have a 72.9mm or smaller non billet turbo, 2,800 for a billet wheel.

Well even better! LOL. Damn, this is just as crazy as seeing a single cam go 9s in street trim. Just insane. I would have never imagined.

big props to get such a heavy fwd car down the 1320 in that time. Looks like a record that will stand for a long time to come unless he resets it.
