no its not stepped wheel, that would be a "cheater trubo". Ill explain, tony will need a 74mm turbo(bigger) in order to keep up with miller's 72mm turbo(smaller)...plain and simple...they don't compare at all.....lol

I've been planning to attend this race for a long time, well before any of this 'match race' came about. I had my car setup to nscra rules before this was setup as well.
