T1 Race Development, IFO Oklahoma 2012 Video
While we didn't get many runs at the Oklahoma IFO race, we got enough footage for a quick little video so Andrew threw this together. Enjoy.

Ran lean or finally realized the fuel sucks? It has a small window of "safety". At least that is what I have gathered.

I didn't run the fuel through the secondaries before the event so the 'swelling' on the ID2000's that causes a reduction in fuel flow happened between round 1 and 2, was 10% leaner on the 2nd pass.
Definitely had a .2 in it on a better track, it's never had a traction problem in 3rd like this. You can hear the tires spinning all through 1st, 2nd, 3rd.

Yup, pretty much a hot rod car. Love all the cheap shots from the upper west coast lately with the 76mm turbo...

Sucks? The fuel is great.
As far as window of safety, I have run it at everywhere from 12.0-10.8:1 AFR's in the Outlaw car and not hurt anything.
We've made 18 passes plus a fair amount of dyno time on it now, 8.29-8.50 @ 180-190mph range. Our car has been on the same engine all this year, it works just fine and has not caused any damage to our engine.
When running it with ID2000's you have to be aware of the shrinkage and that the injectors will go back if not submerged in the fuel. I have always run the car on all 8 injectors when while warming it up to make sure that the secondaries have swelled before making any passes. If you don't do that, I can see issues with AFR's getting leaner after the first pass.
All motor setups are much more sensitive to the tune, safe AFR and timing levels will be different than other fuels. I made a mistake and ran our car too lean on it initially and hurt the motor at the track. We since re-tuned it much richer and and it wanted much less timing that way as well. No problems with the motor since.
