spring rates
hey guys, im running set of omni drag coilovers, theyre 12k front 16k rear, the car is a gutted EK making 650hp, and the track the car does just fine, but its street driven a couple days a week. When I make a pull on the highway once im at decent MPH every single bump makes it feel like the car is gonna bounce off the road. Im assuming becuase of the high rear rates with no weight in the back. would I be fine putting the 12k springs in the rear, and buying a set of 10k springs for the front for more street friendly ride and still do fairly decent at the track?

Re: spring rates
I'd put something normal in the rear (spring rate) and control the squating with a good shock with 2 way valving. The strange shocks are probably the most affordable. You can control how much and how fast the shocks collapse on launch to help keep from transfering too much weight while also keeping from shocking the chassis.

Re: spring rates
i have the same suspension on my integra and it definitely felt light/floaty in the rear before i put a wing on it. i put my mugen rear wing on the car and it feels rock solid at any speed now. i want to get a drag wing but im not sure that it will provide the same ammount of downforce as my mugen wing.
