Re: Push/Pull vaccum lines and fittings
surprisingly I have found that the plastic fittings hold up much better than the full metal bodies, the full metal bodies seem to become loose after a while and create pretty bad boost leaks.

I use Parker Prestolok and Festo fittings just because that is what I use on the pneumatics for our laboratory systems and I have gobs of them laying around. You should be able to find a Parker store or dealer around you somewhere. If not, any shop local to you that sells Vibrant should be able to get fittings through them.
One other thing...most places sell polyethylene tubing which is good to 180 degrees...you can get polypropylene for the same money and it is rated from 200-230 depending on the brand.

I just ordered all metal bodied units
How long was before you noticed this? Was it pretty evident?
Shawn R has the metal ones on his car and he had no issues, which is why I went with metal.

we noticed that in the food production plant i work at too. they go through everything in the off season and it seems like the metal ones lose the "grip" on the tube and feel sloppy. but remember were running these machines 24/7 for about 6 to 8 months straight
