i say it would be a good idea 2 run profwd in the same class as modifieds since most modified cars r running between 7.7 to 7.1 with the exception on a few clocking 7.0 to 6.8 and i say it should be HEAD 2 HEAD no bracket !

"Run what you brung" Don't matter who we are up against.
One thing is for sure. Gotta see and setup the battle between Rado and Gardella no matter what. Set them up during qualifying. Best out of three. Then run eliminations. Just gotta see that fight.

I am a noob so i have been reading and watching this since this started 2 days ago. I can honestly say wow, the amount of years in this thread totaing l from all the old pro and hotrod guys is 162 yrs based upon the the join date in here.
I went looking at everyone's background in when they raced, all the videos and info you could fine is insane. I agree with alot of people in here or just watching this is something that would be great for the sport espically at maybe the biggest import event we currently have I think. This is something that needs to go down.

This with out question would be the sickest thing ever to see at the track n def. Pack out the stands. The promoters should def. Hop on this and provide as much assistance as possible to get a new hot rod class set up. Like stated, along as the cars are running similar times run it in that class.

I must admit I am pretty excited to do this. Working on the drag car these past two days has been great and it felt good to work on it. At first, I thought I would not remember what to do but it came to me to naturally. I remebered everything. Can't wait to shake this thing down. An opportunity has arisen an there is a strong possibility we will shake her down in Las Vegas in August. Gonna be kind hot but we will make sure everything is running good and tip top.
Can't wait to hear this thing on the anti-lag and feel my eyes burn from the methanol!!!!!!!
We are already devising up a plan to catch up to the times Gardella is running but without the 210mph. To be honoest, there is no way we are doing that without grenading the living garbage out of the motor. Gardella is truly the man for hitting 215mph but we'll catch him somehow.

The Mazda that was built in Florida ended up being converted RWD.
I doubt Jerrold will make it. The car is sitting in North Carolina gaining dust. Still have not heard from Marty at all.
I am curious to see who will actually commit to being there. Cost madd money to get these cars back together and trailer them all the way to E-Town.
