Magazines that support Sport Compact Drag Racing
As some of you know Frank Choi and Ron Bergenholtz and Bergenholtz Racing have got Turbo Magazine, Import Tuner and Super Street to step up there coverage and support of Sport Compact Drag Racing.
I for one have just ordered a 2 year subscription to Turbo Magazine. I also went to there contact page and sent a Thank You to the Editor.
It's the least I/we can do to support those that support the sport.
To Frank and Ron, Big

if you want to make good, then support them, and show them love. its time for a change

lol, when is the last time you saw drag coverage in Honda Tuning. The magazine is like 4 pages long.
Word has it that turbo magazine is trying to start back up mag coverage, along with import tuner. Who knows, guess we will see

Re: Magazines that support Sport Compact Drag Racing (Jeff @ Tempest)
Despite honda Tuning being 10 pages long, they usually have some drag cars in it. i have an issure from from time back and it had a pretty nice Turbo H22 EK drag biotch on the cover! Other than that its all NASA events and whatnot, which are still cool but not as much.
S3 is a good magazine, its not as big as the others but they are really about some grass roots people. They cover EVERYTHING, so getting some drag cars in there really wouldnt be hard.
ShawnR, I will have to pick that issue up, your cars SICK!

Jenny, I would think as nice as your photos are you shouldn't have much trouble getting a job for one of them. You have a nack for getting the right photo. The action shot at just the right time.
Others can take pictures, you take photographs.

:thumbup to getting things done!
I just hate to see some cover stories like "1000hp yadda yadda"...that car is usually just a dyno queen or something. i understand it helps sell the mag but still just because something has 1000hp doesnt mean they race it or anything you know?

Re: Magazines that support Sport Compact Drag Racing (1992Si)
If you guys really want to help the magazines that are supporting you simply call their advertisers and let them you you heard about them in "______ Magazine". They do not make money on subscriptions.

it shouldnt be about making money, its about supporting them in the quest to cover drag racing full time.
