I emailed you 2hrs ago. I said I'll check on the tracking information when I get back in the office. I've been in touch with you already. That was picked up already last week but let me check on my records, I may have typed out the # wrong.
Also, we apologize for your carbon orders since we had a bad batch of carbon roll from a new supplier and wasnt coming out the way we wanted it. You're not the only one we had issues on that. Theres a few orders we had to redo a bunch of carbon kits and we found out that it was the new roll we had problems with. But we werent selling those since it wasnt up to our standards. I told you that was resolved with going back to our old supplier and everything is all good now. It was a matter of quality control and we apologize for the delay. I guarantee you, when you see the kit, you'll be happy. I'll email you pics of what I'm talking about so you know we're just making things right. i'll call in a few. I'm at one of our suppliers computers right now typing this.
