Went from 18 psi spring down to a 15 psi spring and cut my first 1.5x 60 foot! So stoked! Only got one run that night in OSW.

Keep up the good work! Definetly like seeing the trials and tribulations of the H trans and the limits
You ever ran stock axles if so they ever break on you?
Ive been pretty much using stock axles for years crx roughly 500 hp had 1 custom passenger side but was a Raxles... just better joints. And OEM Teg on other side. Never broke one.

Re: Kenny's H22 civic 62mm Street car
Car is working great down low. Had ignition break up so I changed the coil and gapped in the plugs a tiny bit. I forgot I was running .28 gap still. I cant beleive it has not given me issues up to 23.7psi and 144.5mph trap speeds. But the 27+psi took its toll on my huge gaps.
Finally made another pass and felt confident. So I gave the boost controller more duty cycle. Didnt expect it to go over 30 psi! I never expected to go over 30 psi with the car and had the boost cut sitting at 30 for the past ... forever.
Needless to say that bitch felt fast coming into 3rd before it shut me down.
Cant wait until the next track outing. Fl2k was so busy I only was able to make 2 passes that day.

Re: Kenny's H22 civic 62mm Street car
My life is complete! First pass without boost cut or break up. BOOM.
15 psi in first, 20 in 2nd, 29 in 3rd, 29 in 4th.
I went back with another 4 psi in 4th and the tech guy shot me down. Said jeans, t-shirt, lack of nhra license, lack of 10 point nhra certed cage, lack of fire suit/gloves/shoes etc ... lolllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll
Good enough for me with a mediocre 60 foot!

Yeah , I was just getting started turning the car up... Lol 3&4 gears were way too short . I was out of gear just after the 1/8th. Hitting limiter the rest of way. Here is a video ....

I also dropped a valve about 14 months ago in my current car. Ruined the darton dry sleeved block, je pisons, eagle rods, and the entire head. Only thing good was The crank and cams lol.
Hopefully you get it up and running soon man. That bites.

Yea that sucks man. I have been there before. I had an f20b about a decade ago in an eg hatch. Pro 2 cams and a few things. Made 228whp.My buddy begged me to drive it for weeks. Finally gave in. First pull he made he went 3rd to 2nd and ruined everything!

Re: Kenny's H22 civic 62mm Street car
So after a lot of thought. I started a drivetrain part out. I am going to sell off all of the engine/turbo/drivetrain setup and push the car to the side for a while.
If anything Ill throw a stock h23a or euro r swap in it for the time being and just dd it for a while. Ive thought about selling it multiple times but I just cant bring myself to selling the car itself. I spent a lot of time on it and made it everything I ever wanted it.
