$20 pre-paid isnt going to buy him plane tickets, hotel and transportation. Even if he breaks even in cost in getting there. Its still work for the guy to set it all up and make it happen. It all boils down to money guys. If there was 100 people that paid up quick, I'm sure it would have happened for sure.
