Most likely John and a Jamon. Thats cool I will see you guys there, I spoke with Chris today. I gotta run test n tune because I dont have full exhaust which knocks me outta FIS and then I dont have a cage which knocks me outta FIP. Oh well it'll still be fun .

Full exhaust not rqd in FIS and there is no rule saying you must have a cage to run FIP. read the rules on www.importfaceoff.net

^ From what I see here it says exhaust. And in FIP those setups shold be running 11.5s or better which requires a cage.

Re: IFO Oct. 30 VA
have to look over datalogs tomorrow to confirm, all 3 of my passes, right before i was about to run the car ahead of me broke, and i had to sit there and wait for for cleanup, track was slick and the surface being cold didnt help...
last pass i was 20% throttle to the 1/8th, eased it up to WOT, I believe the tires spun then bit hard, ripped the rear 2 mains out, broke the crank, bellhousing, trans, converter, downpipe, and i will confirm when I pull the motor out in a little bit, but I suspect manifold and wastegate are broken as well.. go big or go home
thank god for the catch pan under the motor, still sprayed coolant and a little oil on the rear tires, which made it a scary ride slowing it down from 130 with the rear tires sliding all over, but the pan caught most of the oil... Safety equipment FTW.

Re: IFO Oct. 30 VA
motor proved itself, its been through some hell including a fuel pump failure and an entire pass of running so lean the wideband couldnt even register a reading - we had factory mains in it, supposed to not be a problem unless you're using a transbrake or launching hard on a 6spd. Live and learn, and always make sure that catch pan is on there.. lol

No prob. man. Anytime I can help.
We ran a PB and set a national record w/ our 12.1 pass at 13mph.
The KMOD RSX is now the fastest unibody All-Motor RSX in the USA.
