Is this on a real track you are in charge of or is this "testing" somewhere?
There are a number of ways to make a road surface sticky, the most lowbrow methods include some type of carbonated soda like Coke or Dr. Pepper or Corn Syrup and cut it with Methyl Ethyl Ketone or Denatured Alcohol thin enough to spray from a sprayer.
If you are looking to buy a product, VHT/PJ1 Trackbite is probably the most well known.

No here we dont have any track... at all !!! I wonder just how people do on unprepared runways or airports neglected old ??? I ask specifically how to prepare the car for such a situation. Or what are the best times of 60 feet and 1/4 miles of such track.

If your entire track is completely un-prep'd, i would practice 1st gear rolling launches from around your torque peak. If it spins, you have too much power for the track. If it does not spin, add more power until it either spins or you run out of power to add. After you get the power level to match the track, start practicing launches, specifically the rate at which you release the clutch pedal. Basically, you are looking to launch WOT while using the clutch to control engine rpm. When done perfectly, engine rpm will remain constant until the car is traveling fast enough to match engine speed. Properly done, clutch release will add no more shock to the launch than a rolling start.
