Its not, but its very common in other markets ( dsm guys and domestic guys run them ) , this was the only other information that my customer actually received.

I wonder how it would pan out using a -10 to the pump, -8 thru the rail, and a -6 return.

Magnafuel actually recommends running a bigger size before the pump. I.E. -10 in -8 out. I have plumbing for -8 in and out but may change to -10 in before I get my car done. And I'm going to use the stock -6 return.

I run -10 before and after the pump. I used the stock feed line as my return since its bigger than the factory return. I'm also at 55psi base pressure. I forgot I put a boost a pump about a year ago because I thought fuel pressure was dropping but it was a bad sensor. So I just left it on there.

Re: Fuel pump questions: Magnafuel 4303
its a bad *** pump that is quieter that the aeromotives pro and eliminator. Magna fuel's customer service is excellent also. If you need to send the pump in for service it take them about 2 days and only charge you for replacement parts, not labor. I can tell you that a complete rebuild will cost my customer under $100 with an upgrade from the 4301 to the 4303. Last I check about a year ago, all the new pumps were being manufactored to me alc/meth compatible.

At this point, its pretty clear to me that this will be my next fuel pump.

That would be excellent info. if they specified the specific gravity of the test fluid. Gas? E85? E98? All significantly different. We need mass flow numbers to answer the original question here. Volume is useless without a qualifier.

114 gph of water = 951.9 lb/hr
114 gph of gasoline = 703.4 lb/hr
114 gph of E85 = 742.5 lb/hr
114 gph of E100 = 755.8 lb/hr
114 gph of methanol = 757.7 lb/hr
114 gph of nitromethane = 1081.4 lb/hr

Re: Fuel pump questions: Magnafuel 4303
Just wanting to bump this thread to see if anyone else has tried this fuel pump out and had good luck with it.
After installing mine, I was able to crank the boost back up and make some passes without loosing fuel pressure up top. So far its been awesome! I will have be able to get the car back on the dyno in the spring to clean up the tune a little bit more and maybe turn it up 6-7lbs of boost. 28lbs just doest cut the mustard
Very happy with this pump so far!

Re: Fuel pump questions: Magnafuel 4303
I'll be using this pump on my car this year with C85 and ID200's. Shooting for 800+whp. I'll see if I can max my turbo out lol

Re: Fuel pump questions: Magnafuel 4303
I have a question I am going to be switching from E85 to Ignite 114 which is a better Ethanol then E85 from what I was told.
I am running ID 1000's with a Bosch 044 inline and a Walbro 255 intank. Locash was telling me I will most likely max out at 550 - 600whp, my question is what can I do either fuel pump wise or injector wise to maybe get up to 650?
