The swell and reduction in flow is minimal. Long term testing with Q16 which is much worse in that regard showed no ill results at all and the injectors go completely back to normal after 'airing out'.
In case anyone hasn't been paying attention, it's very important that you pickle your fuel system between runs when using any ethanol based fuel. Simply drain the fuel out, put gas in it, put a gas map in it (30-50% fuel pulled out) and let it idle for a few minutes on gas. Your injectors, pump/pumps, fuel filters, and engine will appreciate it and you're guaranteed to have less problems than if you don't do this.

Also is this something that needs to be done between every single pass? Or after every event?

I don't think there's anyone building Hondas that wouldn't jump at the opportunity to move up. I like Hondas, but i'm not married to them. There's a lot of reasons we do what we do here, but ultimately you have to remember time is a finite resource. We can't do everything, at some point you have to pick and choose what you do and don't do. We've worked hard and been fortunate enough to have some good things to choose from.
We still tune Hondas and supply and manufacture parts for them, just not building or working on them in the shop anymore.
