Hell.. I never even took it out of storage yet. She is still sitting just begging to be takin out and thrashed on this spring!
I got all caught up in building my 800 gallon fish tank for my giant redtail cat. And building and enjoying my custom catfishing boat.
My mind is starting to gravitate back to this car that I have spent so much time working on. 11.5's will come. Thank you for your patience.

Heres some pics of the boat. You would have to see before pics to really apreciate all the work in in. I Welded in a diamondplate floor, converted from side console to center console and had the whole thing shot with line-x. Along with a new short shaft motor and lots of other modifications for catfishing.

Re: Finally Completed! The Nitrous Injected Crx
Thats some motivation there.... Im finishing up my nitrous 90 hatch now. Hopefully get it all tuned in spring and make some passes.
Mine is an all dry setup, im using e85 s300 and id1000 injectors.
Motor is 11:1 ls/vtec with a blox tuner 2 cam, supertech valves and a fake bisi header.
Ive got 2 nitrous solenoids and a purge
Gonna spray 75 single fogger off the line and through 1st gea,r then a 150 direct port in 2nd, then both together in 3rd and 4th.
Its gonna be tons of fun this season. Ill prolly break my stock gsr diff right away tho...
Keep us posted with track times in spring

I opted for the Mfactory lsd so I think I should be ok there. Sounds like you will have fun for sure.
I got my car out of storage today.
I took the cover off and it looked perfect just like the day I put it in there.
I thought of changing the fuel and oil since it has been a year and a half. But I decided to try to start it and get it home first.
Bam - Fired up first shot instantly, and it still runs like a champ.
I still have to hook up my nano kit and possibly do some dyno tuning but other than that this little bich is ready to rock when the track opens.

LOL. I'm surprised no one else has said that yet.
But I am now motivated and dedicated and will race this year.
I may start a new thread when I get some timeslips ect. This one is pretty old now. If I do I will put a link to it in this thread.

All my buddies are 100% american muscle. But they still appreciate other venues, as do I.
I'm a tech at a GM dealership

Re: Finally Completed! The Nitrous Injected Crx
Had it on the dyno yesterday for the first nitrous run. But its was way to rich so run was aborted. I brought it home and will be dropping down a jet size as reducing the fuel pressure didn't put a dent in it. It was maxed out rich. Luckily after rev n clearing the motor a few times after the run she still runs strong. I am tuning on the street this weekend and may hit the dyno again. He also had trouble reading tach pickup through my msd wires so he would have to mark a cam gear and use an optical pickup.

also the reason i love a proper dry system, tuning afr while driving and having the fuel side sorted out within 3 pulls without ever leaving the car
i'd love to see the outcome of this one.

that's way i always streettune on the way to the dyno with conservative timing. getting a feel what it wants for fuel so i don't waste costly dyno time.

Re: Finally Completed! The Nitrous Injected Crx
Sounds like a WON fan. The misconception spread by the wizards is that due to the design of the blocks is that more nitrous or fuel will flow out the farthest exits on the block. This may be somewhat true on the progressive pulsed systems or on brief initial hit. But keep in mind on that video they came up with, the blocks have no restriction and are wide open unpressurized. Under pressure I am confident they will flow perfectly uniform. Those showerhead distribution blocks are an absolute nightmare to run lines off of and are not in the least bit attractive. After multiple emails and a phone call with Trevor I was convinced that a progressive system is out of the question. When pulsing the nitrous and fuel solonoids the flow of fuel to nitrous gets scewed pretty far out of range. Not to mention the reservoir effect of the lines when pulsed. My slicks will hold the power so no need for my to progressivly feed it. 2 stages will be just fine for me.
I am using a microedge controller. If I wanted. I could use 3 stages with 2 kits. just for example with 50 jets in one stage and 100 jets in the other. I can launch on 50 then switch to the 100 then bring back in the 50 for a 150 total.

Done with racing. Parting out and Selling everything. Not enough time or money to support this hobby.
Review my build and expect everything you see to be up on ebay. My ebay seller I'd is. pauld9723
You can email me at catfishracer4748@gmail.com if you like.
Most everything is the same as you see it. Its just been sitting in my insulated garage all this time. Minus a dyno pull and 2 dragstrip runs.
Pretty much a failure. If I could do it all over again I would do everything exactly the same. Minus the microedge controller. Keep it simple. I wired everything to it and committed to get it working for my applications. It was designed for automatic trans muscle cars. Never would hit off the line. Couldn't detect shifts correctly and activated 250hp shot at incorrect times. Glad to be done.
