But here u go how did u know r u part of exospeed group just saying coz the people who told me that its been shipped s popular people there if u can prove it then ill do te dispute like wat i said i just loved those star8 *****. I'm a nobody and its pretty obvious that they haven't shipped TJ... Just use some sense man! Not trying to be rude or anything, but you have been waiting forever for this stuff, been getting run around for just as long. Every post on here is the exact same thing, you probably litterally have EVERYONE that can help you trying for you. Just sit back for a bit, maybe back off these folks a bit. They have businesses to run and are doing what they can in their spare time. Yeah it sucks getting jerked around. I waiting nearly a year for a $4k shortblock that I paid in full up front. Why you haven't already filed a claim of some sort is beyond me. I don't mean any offense, but you may be driving some folks crazy in the process.

I dont know wat to say Josh green tnxx for those kind words i understand wat u tryin to say bout those people/company/whos helping me with their spare time coz there running bizness,i understand that bigtime f wth out xenocron/dd tech/ctr.parts/ek midori green/i will be useless o this threads man.all im askin is the real truth & nothing but the truth tracking i know wil had a back problem ages ago,but answering phone calls from others here on this forum thats not fair man i spend $3050 all im askin s tracking number was it hard to type that or answering green button for my calls even if u had back problem,i dont care f every1s hating me on this threads or call me idiot/stupid/etc watever u like but i want my star8 wheels in my drag car thats it.

TJ people are trying to tell you that your wheels haven't shipped but you aren't listening. There is no doubt in anyones mind those wheels have no shipped to you. Wil would of provided some sort of proof to shut you up, bottom line. I honestly don't know WTF you were thinking when he asked you to send another 500 dollars. At that point I would of just asked for a refund I don't care how much I liked those wheels.

At this point I don't think Wil has the money to produce these parts. What he's been doing is taking the next order to pay for the previous order but that method of business didn't work out well for him. The old saying "robbing peter to pay paul". Problem is Wil now needs to rob Peter, Bob, and Bruce in order to pay paul.

Again TJ, your wheels have not shipped. Its time to take your next approach.

Sounds like a ponzi scheme if you ask me. I ALMOST got burned by boostflow. I was on the phone with them ready to make the order and luckily a call came through on my radio and I had to go. A week later and their site shut down.

Unfortunately, in this field one has to be EXTREMELY careful who they buy from. Ten years ago a guy from FL burned a bunch of people, then Peak Flow, then boost flow.

Who is next? Like someone stated you have to stay on top of this stuff. DO NOT EVER let the alloted dispute time pass, EVER. Tell the vendor you still want the order but you are going to dispute it and that you will pay again when it is ready to ship.

DO NOT listen to their sob story. A REAL business owner will be honest to you and say 'yes I have it in stock' or 'another production run of rims will not be received for a month'.

U guys ryt wheels hasnt been shipped it wil navarro email me n said he still sorting the things out!!! Wat a funny guy isnt 1year s not enough so here ago again to make some promises to me it well be alryt dang ive heard all te reasons frm him and he told me to keep it this 1 private!!!hahaha

So sad what has become of this industry, people slam me for only referring to and sticking with less than a handful of vendors.

This is why, Not a slam at Will, as he has been helpful to me in the past and I understand "**** happens" but I'd prefer my money stays in hands I can rely on.

It's Big of Chris and others (unrelated to situ's.) who are assisting, keep these vendors/distributors in mind when placing your next order!

I hope so.... Bankruptcy may take care of the legal aspect of his debts, but the street wont take that so easily. Hope everyone he owes money/product to get compensated somehow

Just a quick FYI, I do consulting work for quite a few law offices and one of them happens to specialize in BK's. As of now, there is NO BK submitted for Exospeed, Inc., or Wilfredo Navarro.

Anyone can look up this info under the pacer.login.uscourts.gov site FYI.

Yep I was looking around on google and clicked on the exospeed site and they are gone. It looks like anyone who isn't a personal friend of this guy most likely will not get anything.

A website doesn't say anything for a company. Hell I work in IT and our company has never had a real website until this year not to mention Wil's site hasn't been updated in about 3 years. I think the people that would know more about open or out of biz would be the distributors.

He has been taking care of people, slowly...I was in contact with him last night.

Its an F'd up situation but people are trying to help him, which will help those still waiting on stuff.

No excuses, just trying to do what I can to help make it right.
