can a strain guage setup work on a stock trans....

na i got the longshifter. was thinking of going to the s300 and using the strain option but would it work with a stock trans cause im not spending 5k for a tranny lol.

went to hondata website and it says dont bother if you dont have dog eng. miller can u put the strain guage on the longshifter. if so pm me a price

Yes, it can work on a stock shifter. No, it will not work with syncros unless you want to miss most of your shifts and rebuild the trans every few passes...

is this on a honda? I tired 7500k for FTS on my GSR tranny and it would not go in. What i did was take an average of where the rpm fall under a run and use that for my FTS ign cut.

What do you set the limiter too with a stain gauge setup? I want to do something
simular on a auto trans to save on clutch packs and keep the weak *** shafts
from breaking..
