B16A in 9sec video

Hi guys,

I want to share this video with you. We run recently 9.8 second with following setup :

- B16A sleeved 81.5 bore and stock crankshaft.
- stock ITR intake manifold.
- 62mm cast turbo.

The car is making around 540whp@28psi on Dyno Dynamics ( They dyno is matter ).

Weight with driver : 2425 lb.

Location : Middle East, United Arab Emirates - Ajman city.
Drag track : Yas Marina drag center - Abu Dhabi city.

Thanks. She needs some more boost and better 60ft.

On 9.8 second run the 60ft was 1.68, and the best for this car is 1.60ft. I hope we can do better next time.

Boost by vss? How much boost are you running out the hole and 1st?

Yes, vss.

Around 15 psi on that run. More adjustment next time for better 60ft

What made you stay with the 1.6 instead of going bigger to 1.8 and so on...great numbers btw

Actually it was our first B-series setup. It's old a little but we done a little change on it. It's nice to do a nice record with small engine with small turbo

A serious setup will show up next season on our EK civic
