Both of the runs above were "tuned" for each intake. The full race has always been a really good manifold and I feel as though that runner design with a bigger plenum and TB will give the skunk a run for its money uptop.

The while graph you are asking for is nothing special other then two lines identically laid over each other. Both manifolds performed exactly the same till the real high upper rpm. 10400/10500 is where the FR unit started to lay over. The skunk just kept pulling. I noticed this in my fuel tables right after the first back to back pull. The limiter was set at 10,800 on the skunk test and as you can see it just keeps pulling.

the lower graph has the spike at the end also common with dyno jets. its more than 40hp

Note the line on the graph that shows power before the spike...the 40hp was a rough round number chief.

I was just talking. But I guess if your talking **** strong math skills if that's your rough estimate after seeing that number on the graph.

No idea what you just said, but 713-676 = 37. I think at the relatively low power that 700 is compared to the 1000 that this car probably makes tapped out I'd say that's a pretty decent gain over a proven manifold that already gains tons over the victor X...maybe it's not impressive to you, but at the level these cars are already at I'd say skunk2 has a winner.

It seems that the gain is more relative to the rpm, as Miller says till 10.400 rpm graphs are identical.

based on the quality of the junk2 product I would spend my money on the FR manifold long before I even considered it.

That's a prototype for a reason, I highly doubt it still does that

i was saying it was legit and more than 40hp i was agreeing with you. i was looking at the 736 and the 680 ish of true hp the other one would have made without the spike.

I just picked up the 3.5L for my all motor setup, looks awesome so far, but the motor is a long way from being ready to dyno for results.

For the people who are using this manifold with 8 injectors!!! How did you mount the bottom rail, what fuel rail did you use? Is it sumthan like a L bracket you have to make or sumthan?

It has tabs just like on top for mounting the 2nd fuel rail. Only difference is there's only 2 instead of 3 as the top side has

If it was just slap it on and go i wouldnt be askin the question.... And it having 2 tabs compared to 3 isnt the only difference. The tabs are facing straight and not down. Which is why i asked do you have to make a L bracket? Using a alum rail and not a composite Skunk rail....

The bottom rail mounting holes are a total **** up.... I had 2 bridges welded just like the top with a custom drilled rail.

The mounting for the rail is in the injector path.

Yea thats what we came up with tonight, Making a new rail from a block of alum and make a L bracket. Mocked the bracket up with cardboard, came out coo gonna make the bracket out of sheet metal instead of alum for more strength.. Well see how that goes haha hopfully i still have a manifold and i dont throw it threw my front windshield..
