i dont know about condensation. BUT, i have a friend that has a line-x shop and he has a few stang guys that are coating the coolers in line-x to help "if" they split. people have said that it keeps shrapnel to a minimum.
i have seen some in refrigeration insulation. but never really looked into it.

everything sweats and drips all over. You need to coat the tank, cooler, pumps, lines, fittings etc etc.
The aquaban stuff works but you need ALOT for it to actually work correctly. I have found a few other things I want to try but I do think having a "blanket" on the tank/cooler is a huge help.
