Glad to see it all wrapped up. That's good power on a 86mm block. Look forward to seeing those times. I just re did my set up and tuning in the next week or so

its funny, cuz at one point the nissans forums told this man its IMPOSSIBLE to make that sort of power out of the VE motor. lol

You dont see any fwd sr's this high because im pretty sure this is the highest hp fwd SR in the country. Soon to be around 850whp, Then later ill put a nice big ported, big valve head on and try a different cam setup, twin scroll manifold and really see what it will make. This motor is solid. I tried to keep it simple to begin with and go with something I knew would work.

Very nice numbers. I heard people were using honda ecu's with hondata and calling it Nisdata by changing out the sensors and eliminating the maf and going with a map. also they were modifying honda dizzy's and mounting thm on the nissan heads.

Again this is a stock head w/ just port matching. The timing map is very very conservative. If i posted it, the people that know better would even say its way conservative. I want to have fun with the car before really pushing the motor and taking away safety margins for more power. Again I do this all out of my own, out of my garage with my own money. Im not willing yet to put the timing map at its maximum performance spot and trust me Id say its at least 6 deg of timing from that on the entire in boost section of the map. I cant imagine what 6 deg of timing would have done for power as we were seeing about 20whp per deg working up to what we got.
Ill be back on the dyno again after the Convention is over and up the boost and maybe add a couple more deg timing throughout. The tuner knows this motor will for sure make 850 no problem.

Did you not read the part where this was only on 29 psi of boost? We couldnt make any more as the spring in the gate was too soft and I didnt bring my stiffer spring with me to the dyno. I plan to go to 40 psi and it should make between 850-875whp at that boost level.

Re: 723whp B13 Sentra SE-R, BW S400SX 67mm
It was fun. Only got two runs in on the battery's charge. First run bogged the launch bad and babied into 2nd gear then 3rd and 4th was insane. 10.5@149.2mph. 1.77 60 ft. I had lowered the two step to 5700 and didnt stand on it long enough to build boost before launching. The second run I started on the two step during the preload and lighting the second set of staging bulbs and built plenty of boost and just launched hard with a 1.67 60 ft, Hit 2nd no lift shift and tires lit up and pounded the limiter. Stood on it too long and hit a wall when the car caught up and missed 3rd hard. Then babied the car to 10.7@132mph. My 330 on the 2nd pass was .4 faster than my first run. Car has the potential for a solid 9.6-9.7 @150+mph
Hopefully the track tomorrow is well prepped.

Awesome Job!!! I know with a little bit more work on the short track, you'll be in the 9s for sure. I have the same turbo and it's great!

Oil pump broke on that pass and possibly spun some bearings. I think just mains but will know in the morning when I finish pulling the motor out and tear it apart. Hoping it didnt damage the block or my rods. The motor apparently didnt like me bumping the rev limiter up from 9600 to 10k as it pounded off the 10k limiter all through 1st,2nd, and 3rd on that pass.
Had 3 passes, non of them a good full pass. 1st pass off the trailer, 10.5@149mph, bogged launch bad, babied real bad into 2nd as I thought i missed the gear, then 3rd and 4th full out, 2nd pass had a great launch and hit 2nd on a no lift shift but missed 3rd and then just cruised to the end with a 10.6@132, then the pass against the Mazworx GTIR, had another great launch and hit the gears ok but let off at about 900 ft and went 10.6@125.
I have another VE oil pump, fresh crank and other small stuff. Hoping I can just get away with bearing, crank, and oil pump replacement and clean out the oil passages. Didnt run the motor long after the bog in 4th on that last pass.

Another stock crank. Stock crank is fine to whatever power I want to make. Definitely not a fault with the crank. Ive got a spare stock crank.
