Just FYI everyone...

If you plan to race in a Heads-Up class and don't have "Minimum ET Authorized by WCF" by your name on the WCF Roll Call List and you do not have a video of your car running the minimum ET and you cannot run the Minimum ET for your class on the Thursday Test Session for whatever reason (car trouble, not enough track time on Thursday, don't get to make any runs at all, etc...) Then you will NOT be permitted to make qualifying runs on Friday and Saturday in the Heads-Up classes.

This will NOT be debated or argued on race day. It will not matter how far you have come to race. We are trying to weed out the cars that cause down time and are not proven cars.
