Re: **Post your Fuel System and Questions**
I was looking at this FCS 8 gallon street tank and was wondering if anyone is running one and if they do have one what is your feedback on it? Do you like it? Pros and cons about it? How is the fitment? I have seen alot of their 5 gallon tanks but dont see too many people running the 8 gallon street tanks. Any feedback or comments are appreciated!

Re: **Post your Fuel System and Questions**
i would like to no the answer to this too!
here is my problem and setup
id1000s
2x bosch 044
aem fuel rail
aem fpr
-6 feeds to both ends of fuel rails
-6 inline filters
the fuel return is 6mm ID
20 liter atl fuel tank
now my problem is i think the return is too small as on my fuel pressure gauge that is in the aem rail is reading 70psi and it wont turn down any lower but will turn up!
so is this because my fuel return is to small so cant get rid of the fuel as fast?
thanks kiel

Ok relays it is! How would i go about running bigger return line since I'm using aem fpr on the rail..can I just use a banjo fitting and attach stock feed line to bottom of fpr and use it as return?

Re: **Post your Fuel System and Questions**
Anyone running the newer Weldon 1100-A pump. Looks like a great flowing pump for the price. Im shooting for about 800whp. I plan to sump the tank and just run a single pump. I debated on the Dual bosch 044's as I already have one that i used for my intank walbro, 044 inline setup but I really dont want to run two pumps and have to get all the other lines and fittings involved to use them and run a seperate positive cable to the back for a twin relay setup. I already have one relay w/ 10 gauge wire. Id really like to stick to a single pump but really dont want to go with the huge Weldon 2025 or 2035 pumps that are twice the price and go way beyond what I want to push.
The Weldon 1100-A pump is good to 95 psi and I plan to run a 45 psi base pressure and about 35-40psi of boost to make the 800whp. I want to keep it simple as I can. The rest of the fuel system is already upgraded w/ -8 feed and -6 return, Weldon high pressure regulator, and will be running ID2000's.
Not running e85 which is what the Weldon 1100-A pump cant support so no worries there. C16 is my fuel of choice. Any input is greatly appreciated. Im really kinda stuck in the middle of what to do.

Yeah im pretty much set on using the Weldon 1100-A pump. Seems like it can more than do the job. Later down the road if I ever want to switch fuels or anything like that I can always just upgrade to the 2025 pump pretty easily. But for the price and quality that Weldon provides I dont see any downfall to it.

Yeah, it really seems like a win win. I don't think I really want to rock two Walbros.
Only difference is I will be doing 1600cc injectors instead of IDs. I love them, but the price just doesn't fit in my budget right now.

Re: **Post your Fuel System and Questions**
Yeah it says its good to 1100hp on gas which my fuel of choice will be C16. I dont plan on running any type of ethonal fuel but again if i ever do i can upgrade to the larger pump that can do all fuel types later.
I really didnt want to run two pumps as the current draw would be almost double and if one pump does fail you will probably never notice. Just wanted to make sure it can do what it says it can do and that the quality is good. If so then my decision is set.

Re: **Post your Fuel System and Questions**
Same here, I love E85 but I only used it because it was cheap gas that I could drive around the streets on. Since I'm converting to race only, I see no point in paying a ton of money to build a crazy fuel setup, when I can get the same if not better results on C16 with a lot less pump/injector.
I would think with the 1000a 1600cc injectors would be the limiting factor, no?

I was wondering how many people have had an Aeromotive 340 fail on them while driving? Mine just took a dump on me going down the road today and it only had 500 or so miles on it. Luckily I had my 4 year old 255 in my tool bag and installed it and taadaaa!

Is the AEM Fuel Rail and his Fuel regulator a good deal for 700HP?
Can we instal an external 044 with the stock Fuel tank?

Re: **Post your Fuel System and Questions**
The OEM Pressure regulator is very restricted with the banjo
I get out it an made a direct hose and leave more than 20% of fuel on S300 at idle!
