Re: ***2011 OUTLAW/FWD REBUILD THREAD****
I pressure test all the valve jobs On a fixture plate and put air into the chamber like a
leak down tester
I took pictures of this head when I did that operation
Anytime Im worrired about someone bending valves putting Vtec killers in
I take pictures and send them to show the head was sealing when it was assembled
looks pretty sealed up too me

Was the shrader valve in the compression tester.... When you leaked it down...where was the air coming from..... Take the cams out and leak it down to know for sure its not something else

Keep em polished until they get dirty lol
They look great, was just about to reply to your PM and figured I'd troll first. Glad to see things are moving, Brad will do ya right. He kept that hammered D-head I had trucking time after time lol

Found the problem ...
pulling it out of the box and looking in the ex ports ...
it appears ..
2 of your ex valves are Bent all to hell ..
I was going to put it on my leak down fixture but no need too the valves are not sitting flat
in the chamber .. Something whacked them hard I would look @ your piston ..
here are a few pics ...

Re: ***2011 OUTLAW/FWD REBUILD THREAD****
Did the cams get degree in properly? i had the same issue but i caught it during mock up. I had 1mm over valves on intake and exhaust and i had to back the intake cam -4 and the ex +2(going off of my memory) so they wouldn't touch. Maybe your timing belt jumped?
