Default "The Full-Race Experience"

The reason for this forum is because I want to personally thank Full-Race for an awesome experience I’ve had the past 3 years of doing business with them. I'm going on 3 years running a FR Ram Horn T3 set up on a stock block, the car has seen mid 10’s multiple times and the engine has yet to be taken apart. Till this day I have no problems with any of the FR products in my car which are many. Full-Race Motorsports has always offered continuous support, great products and are always readily available to answer my questions and help out. The experience continues here…One of the guys from our small shop was actually thinking of going with a very popular and reputable log manifold that was said to generate a great amount of power, we tested that log manifold on a car to see what it would make before we purchased a second one and we were unhappy with the results, so we contacted Full-Race and they told us about the Top Mount Twin Scroll. This manifold by many is considered too expensive, but when you actually hold this manifold and see the quality its unbelievable, its worth every dollar. With as many turbo manifolds we have used and wasted our money on we could have purchased a FR one and spent less from the beginning by getting the right one the first time. So we purchased it and tested it in another car and low and behold at 30lbs of boost we made a substantial amount of power that the other car with a similar set up didn’t make running the reputable log manifold. We are talking about gains in the range of 100whp mid through top end power. This then triggered us to change the manifold in another one of our shop cars and once again opt for a FR Top Mount Twin Scroll. This time we had two identical cars with identical turbos, engine setup, and etc. One car with a local made top mount knock off and the other with the FR top mount. The car equipped with the FR manifold at 28 lbs of boost generated the same as the knock off top mount manifold at 35lbs of boost. Of course this is with out the head aches of the waste gate cracking multiple times and falling off.

Since my experience began with Full-Race we now have three cars that have switched from knock off brand manifolds to Full-Race manifolds; none of witch ever plan to run any other manifold. This is to include myself.

We now do a great majority of all our business with Full-Race. They continue to design outstanding products and are an awesome bunch. I personally want to thank Geoff Raicer, Aaron Teague, Mario and all the staff hard at work at Full-Race Motorsports, sorry I don’t have all of your names but I’m sure you guys know me from all my calls. LOL… You guys will continue to have my support for all the great work you do. Now we
patiently await a new manifold design by Full-Race. Good luck guys!!! Full-Race – Anything else is half fast™ !!!!!!!

I hope others can add to this positive experience about the quality and performance advantages of running Full-Race products and the competition is has brought to the Drag Racing Sport.

We've run full race products on every car at CSI: Ram Horn on the CRX, 1st Top Mount on the Coupe, Pro FWD Cobalt and the T\S Cobalt. Have never once had an issue with any of their products. I still remember Geoff sending me pictures of his first ram horn he did while in his dorm.

Full Race rocks. It's the only manifold i'll ever use or sell. Seeing the results first hand so many times and seeing how well the products hold up is what makes me use and recommend them. I've seen so many people go round and round with other manifold companies with ridiculous wait times and cracked manifolds and in the end they all just wish they'd spent the extra money on the FR manifold the first time. Some people have yet to learn that you get what you pay for and that it's cheaper to do it right the first time, the rest have and use FR.

You should come out of that cave more often. Little as I venture into this forum of the FI forum, I remember when you never had a cave.

Full-Race.

Unfortunately it'll be at least a year or so before I have enough $$ to turbo my K20 swap.

Oh I know it will be. I almost bought a FR kit for my SOHC engine, then I said [freak] it and decided to go K-series.
