Plug and play for 00-01 integra, 98-99 acura 2.3cl, 98-02 accord and 99-00 civics. If its for anything else you'll need a harness or rewiring of your existing harness to the correct pins.

S300 is a modification to your current ECU and I would imagine does the same controls to a point
The AEM EMS is a direct plug and play replacement for your ECU which then you are able to customize and change wiring and essentially plug your laptop into the unit and make changes (similarly like the S300)
I have no personal experience with the SManager software associated with hondata ECU so I couldn't tell you the options that are on it, but i'd imagine you have a bit more freedom with the AEM being that it's plug and play
