I got an 86 crx si that need a new tps... lol I know good luck right? or is there hope perhaps an after market throttle body swap that is compatible with cal smog?

I'm looking for a full catback for a 1990 civic. I looked at the one on ebay for about 120 dollars. The only problem is judging by the video, it makes the car sound kind of loud. I prefer my car to be quiet, and close to stock as possible. Does anyone know of any solutions to this?
