Default Sound dampening question, Accord '95 sedan. Dampening spray?? Peel and Seal ;) ?? Any alternatives t

Edit: first and the most important question for folks who already took care of noise in the car (doors and floor): how quiet did you get? What is the noise level now on highway and in the city? Can you hear other folks beeping at you ?
------------------------

so i installed my new Eclipse head unit. Sounds beautiful BUT only when im parked I do a lot of highway driving and the road noise is just annoying! So i defenitely need some dampening. As i understand i need to work on doors and floor, may be trunk if its not difficult (i don't have a sub though). The dynamat is kinda expensive ($50 shipped on ebay for 2 door kit!!!), are there any alternatives to dynamat? I've found on ebay some TITE-SEAL SOUND DAMPENING SPRAY in 16 oz cans for 15 shipped for 1 can. Is this any good?

What concers me now is how do i go about dampening. I've never done this, i can assume that doors should be simple, just disassamble, put several layers, and u r all set. What about floors? Do i need to remove seats and carpet (underneath the floor mats)? Sounds like pain in the a$$!

Links, sites with related info and install pics would help me A LOT !!!

Thanks!

Edit:

I've found that people use Peal and Seal for sound deadening This stuff is used for roofs and contains 40-60-% of asphalt!!! Did any of you try this on your car ?? Does it smell?

here is the place where you can get it for relatively cheap:

Thanks!</TD></TR></TABLE> Go to http://www.dynamat.com for how to, and yes, if you want to do it right, you will have to remove seats, consols, carpet and trim, you don't have to use Dynamat, but you do get what you pay for, a cheaper way for the floor is to use some Dynamat and install another layer of underlay, [automotive carpet underlay] and in more places, same gos for the doors, a little Dynamat , [speaker kit] and then go to a roofing supply store and get some Bythataine, [spelling] that is a brand name, and there others, but it looks a lot like Dynamat, has a peel off backing and is sticky, use it to replace the OEM plastic vapor barrier in the doors, you can also add a layer of carpet underlay to the door, [just behind door panel] don't forget the wheel wells, [inside] a lot of noies comes from there, and most cars have very little dampening there. 94
