Default need quick answer. can u have both shock and proximity sensor?

i have a viper 791xv alarm, and i want to add a proximity sensor. to add the proximity sensor, does it replace the shock sensor port? meaning you can only choose 1?

yes you can have both. the green wire on the shock sensor harness is the input for another optional sensor.
