Default HELP WITH CLIFFORD ALARM!!! PLEASE, need help ASAP>????

Here is the deal, Everytime I set my alarm the proximity sensor just keeps beeping every 5 or so seconds, its always been WAY to sensitive. I need some help on how to turn down the sensitivity on the proximity sensor or to turn the sensor off completley. But the problem is I can't lock my doors manually either. So either I keep the car locked with proximity sensor beeping every 5 seconds all night or I keep the car unlocked. Need HELP! anything you can suggest would be much appreciated

who installed your alarm? did you try calling them and seeing if they could adjust it. Get your alarm model # and look up some info.. there is something that you have to turn or something..

what is the model # of your alarm

I installed my alarm myself, and just like you guys..had to adjust my proximity sensor down. If you know where it is, on most of them there is a small screw you can adjust to raise/lower the sensetivity. If you don't know where it is the only thing you can do is get in touch with the people who put it in for you!
