code for radio
i have a 01 integra ..well i place a ground wire .. now my radio said that i need a code to use it ,, cuz i took out the batter and put it back,. does anyone know the code..

Go to the dealer with your serial number you must.

i just bought a 99 civic si coupe and the radio requires a code , i have the matsushia model no.39100-s02-a100 , could use help , i need the code and some advice on how to enter the code.

Now this is something that does need a sticky, it has been covered so many times, https://honda-tech.com/zerosearch the best way is to pull the HU, get the serial number off bottom of HU, do not permanently remount the HU yet, go to your local Honda/Acura dealer, bring proof of ownership, and it only takes them a few sec. to look it up, and I have yet to hear of a dealer who has charged anybody for it yet.

here is how you do it
ABC=1
DEF=2
GHI=3
JKL=4
MNO=5
PQR=6
STU=7
VWX=8
YZ=9
numbers = radio preset button so in order to get 6-9 you have to press FM again to get the last 5 presets.
So search would = 72163. Hope this works for you
