clifford 50.5x Turbotimer /remote start problems

well i could get fixed when the orginal installer has time to come up to norcal but i cant stand it and need help (who knows when he will come again)

1. Remote start and cranks and it wont hold the engine on tho
(increased the crank time already)

tryed Setting it on voltage

same crap

2. Turbotimer MODE Does not Work at ALL
When i try to use it the Lights flash once (meaning its bypassing right)
but the car just turns off when i remove the key

Here are some things that are [freak]ed that i see

Tach Wire sees 0.1V All the time
no LED

I deserately need the turbotimer function to work, sitting in the hot summer temps for 3-4mins is killing me
