alarm with a buget is this possable?
I guess what I’m trying to get at is I want a good alarm. My local alarm installer company uses Scytek. I was doing some homework on them and they seem like they have a lot of bells a whistles but everyone hates them or they say go with a dei company. I’ve looked online all day yesterday and all day today and decided to make a post. I guess what I’m trying to do is a get a good alarm not a great one.. I have a budget around $200 maybe a little more. And I’m sure I can install it. I mean I’ve done a few vtec controllers. And Head rest screens. I guess the features I want are.
2way pager system
Remote start if possible (I have manual transmission)
Keyless entry
Battery backup
(Also wanted to know if say my windows and sunroof was open and I armed my alarm is it possible to have the windows and the sun roof close by them selves? Or am I thinking too far out of my price range?)
I’m not sure if there is anything I should need. I don’t have a stock alarm so I don’t need a bypass.
Also a lot of cars have been stolen in my area. I have a garage so that is where my car sits most of the time. I guess I just need pointed in the right direction I got such a head ach looking at websites for hours and like I said I have no experience with alarms
I drive a 95 civic ex 2 door
Thanks again for your time and i hope i dont get flamed lol

Python 990 (2-way, RS, etc) is what I purchased, I believe it was ~$180 shipped from eBay.
The backup battery is about a $20 add on. So you wouldn't have spare money for sensors.
I did the install myself and I spent about a week - first install ever and soldered everything with heatshrink so I feel as though I did a good install. I also spent the time hiding all the wiring and putting the brain in an impossible to reach location.
