Default '05 Civic Intermittent Blinker Noise after Installing Aftermarket Stereo

I decided to save a few bucks and install an aftermarket stereo by myself in my 2005 Honda Civic ex. All is well with the stereo, it works fine. The only problem is that as soon as I turn the car on, a noise that sounds exactly like a turn signal will occur approximately everty 5-6 seconds and it's driving me bonkers. My turn signals both work and so do my hazards. I have a feeling the issue may be related to the fact I had to detach the hazard switch/button thing when installing the radio. But has anyone else had this problem/know of a possible solution?

Thanks in advance
