I' m a civilian that works for the military.... and I would have to pay on my on dime...that's if I did take it back.

I have heard that if I did send it back It would be confiscated at the port by customs, due to it being a illegal import. I've heard that the only way I could bring it back is, if I separate the drive train and engine from the body. Who knows for sure.

I dont think it's THAT hard... Ive heard of draining all fluids and washing all foreign soil off the car (including underside)

Car's looking great, I picked up an EK9 about a month or so ago now. It's got the 5Zigen 2.5" manifold and system fitted to it, sounds great.

the prices are on the boxes, well except for the water sensor attachment and the link the contoller, i think the water sensor attachment was around 3000 yen and the link controller was around 14,000 yen. To get the dollar amount, divide total price by 75 yen.

i think i found the answer to my own question in the site that u posted here. i tried to look for others ek9 for sale in the site with the pics showing the pedal location. seems like the factory ek9 is without the heat insulator.
here are some of the eg. pics.
