Minor engine tuck, temp valve cover while the pink one is powder-coated, and now rolling on some rare Volk Racing Group A Evo II's:

Re: My "Uncle Ben's" DC2 rebuild
Thanks. I have it tuned dialed in at 300 @ 9lbs right now. I might take the p/s out this winter. Def. no a/c. This car is everything I wanted it to be.

Looks good man! I think with those wheels, your car would look a little bit if it was a little lower and they were spaced out some. Then again, that would probably worsen your traction so if you're all for speed then disregard this post

Re: My "Uncle Ben's" DC2 rebuild
Thanks. My car isn't even that low and scrape my 3 inch downpipe. I am definitely not part of the new school, hellaflush trend. I am a traditionalist, keeping a conservative, clean, timeless look, while running the car as fast as I can, keeping the most traction and handling as possible.
I used to run the Drag Gen II kit on this car. I upgraded after I blew the motor in Nov. of 2008. I just turned up the boost 12lbs. BIG difference between 9 and 12lbs. This thing sounds like a SCARAB race boat when on throttle with the 3inch axle-back. The sound is all bidness.

Re: My "Uncle Ben's" DC2 rebuild
My wet-sanding experiment last year was somewhat of a success. But I left a ton of sanding marks. I decided to splash down some cash for a professional detail. The pics speak for themselves:

Re: My "Uncle Ben's" DC2 rebuild
Thanks for the kind words. The car was built for multi-purpose. The car is a blast to drive on the street, track, and it shows nicely. The decals were made to match the DA GS-R badge on the rear. I get **** from it from others about it, calling it a wannabe Type R, but I don't care. My car, my choice. Someone on Team-Integra sells one that looks like the "Type R", but I wanted to stay true to the GS-R theme.

Nah homie you got it twisted im not calling your whip a wannabe typr R, I think you actually did pretty damn good picking parts. There isn't alot of fella's or feller's in the Lincoln State that actually can build them, I have lived near gateway International speedway almost my whole life (im guessing thats where you took that pick with the chick and the white spotty ***), I like your whip im just not into people knowing what model teg im driving, maybe cause I was stationed out in southern cali for awhile and people love to gank peoples ****. My GSR now does not have anystickers on it because I dont want any attention. Do you and keep it clean, much love.
P.S. to the inquiry about the ground wire: It is attached. I just tucked it in on the back side of the block to the shock tower. Way cleaner. Still going to do a minor tuck on other things. Thanks again for appreciating the work I've put into this car the past 4 years.

No offense taken. People jack each others Honda in the city of C.H.I. as fast as you can bat an eye. Everytime I take the car out, I have to park it where I can see it and also take my license plates with me as well.

Yea I lived in the chi for three years Elmhurst/Villa Park actually went to WillowBrook High school for my juinor year. I kno how it is up there thats why I stayed clear of the west side and downtown lmao. From the pics you have in your driveway looks like you might not be far from that area. I swear I saw that car three or four years ago on craigslist. cant believe thats the same car. Nice build
